My Story
My love for cooking began when I was 16, nurtured by my Lebanese-Venezuelan roots, where sharing a beautifully set table filled with an abundance of dishes was more than a tradition; it was a celebration of love, hospitality, and togetherness. Each meal ended with a touch of something sweet and a cup of rich coffee or fragrant tea, bringing warmth to every gathering and extending the companionship.
My greatest teachers were the women in my family (my grandmothers, my mother, and my aunts) who instilled in me the values of hospitality, generosity, and the joy of cooking from the heart. Their wisdom sparked my journey into gastronomy, which I later enriched with studies in culinary arts and French pastry. Over the years, I have continued to refine my craft, pouring my passion into every creation so that each dish I prepare carries a piece of me.
My hope is that, with every bite, you are transported to a world of warmth, flavor, and heartfelt tradition.
